These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and paldofun ("paldofun," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the paldofun online gaming platform available at paldofun.com and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

paldofun is a Philippine-registered online gaming operator licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming services offered through paldofun are subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight and Philippine law. By registering an account or accessing the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with paldofun's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an active account on paldofun, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR licensing conditions for all real-money online gaming services in the Philippines. Access by any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. paldofun does not accept registrations from, or permit gameplay by, persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
4. Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion list, or court order restricting your participation in gaming activities.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on paldofun. Opening or operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

paldofun reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending investigation or permanently closed.

Registration on paldofun requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any real-money deposits or withdrawals, paldofun is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. KYC verification requires the submission of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license) and may require proof of address. paldofun may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. paldofun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

paldofun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Deposits: paldofun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is subject to the payment method selected and is displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, consistent with paldofun's anti-money laundering procedures. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. paldofun reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the requested amount is materially higher than typical transaction patterns for the account.

Withdrawal Timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or InstaPay are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by banking system conditions outside paldofun's control.

Fees: paldofun does not currently charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider or bank may impose their own fees, for which paldofun accepts no responsibility.

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

paldofun may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

1. Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 21 and above only.
2. Each Bonus offer specifies applicable wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before Bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total Bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
3. Bonus funds are used prior to real-money funds when wagering, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
4. paldofun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice, and to void Bonus winnings where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, fraudulent account activity, or exploitation of technical errors.
5. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
6. Players who registered by invoking a specific promotional code must contact paldofun support to confirm Bonus eligibility before their first deposit.

All games available on paldofun are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules as an addendum to these Terms.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on paldofun use independently certified RNG systems. The certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulable by the Platform or the player.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers in paldofun's licensed studio environment. The results of live dealer games are final once the dealing round is complete.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or connectivity failure during a game round, paldofun reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager to the Player's account. paldofun accepts no liability for interrupted gameplay due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including player-side internet connectivity issues.

Disputed Outcomes: Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to paldofun support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. paldofun's decision following review of server-side game logs shall be final.

paldofun is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications remind players of elapsed session time at intervals they configure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no access, deposits, or gameplay is permitted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on paldofun and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

1. Registering under a false identity, providing fraudulent KYC documentation, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
2. Operating more than one (1) account simultaneously or with intent to circumvent Bonus restrictions.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with games or the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by paldofun.
4. Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
5. Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or unintended Platform behavior ("bugs") to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
6. Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any activity that violates Philippine AML laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
7. Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate transactions through payment service providers.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing paldofun staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the paldofun Platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, trademarks, logos, brand names, text, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of paldofun or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of paldofun.

The paldofun name, logo, and "perya-inspired" branding elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial or public context is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldofun's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

paldofun shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or force majeure events; (c) actions of third-party payment service providers; or (d) the Player's own violation of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. paldofun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

paldofun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on paldofun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies is processed pursuant to paldofun's legal obligations as a licensed operator.

paldofun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to paldofun's customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

paldofun operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channels consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
